In a 3-year double-blind study, women who took 180 mcg of MK-7 daily had better vitamin K status, less age-related bone loss, and more flexible arteries than those on placebo.*

Bone-protein study (12 weeks)

In a placebo-controlled trial, 100 mcg of MK-7 for 12 weeks significantly improved a key marker of how well bone proteins are activated.*

Vitamin D3 artery study (16 weeks)

In a controlled study, higher daily doses of vitamin D3 reduced artery stiffness over 16 weeks, with the biggest effect at the highest dose.*
