Welcome to PAATH. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to PAATH Wellness, A Naturopathic Corporation(“PAATH”). PAATH operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), to provide a curated, science-informed wellness experience.

PAATH is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy [LINK], govern your access to and use of the Services. Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

By visiting, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use or access the Services.

PAATH products and Services are intended for adult use only. Our supplements are professional-grade formulations designed to support wellness and are not intended for use by minors unless under the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider.

To access certain features of the Services or complete a purchase, you may be required to provide information including your email address, billing details, payment method, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, complete, and that you have the legal right to provide it.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or licensed to another person or entity.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS & QUALITY STANDARDS

We take great care in sourcing, formulating, and presenting our products and Services and strive to provide clear, accurate descriptions and imagery.

Product appearance, packaging, or color may vary slightly due to manufacturing batches, ingredient sourcing, or device and screen settings.

All PAATH supplements are manufactured to high quality standards and are laboratory tested. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) verifying identity, purity, and quality are available upon request. Our formulations are developed using established scientific research, ingredient validation, and industry best practices.

Because each individual is unique, experiences and results may vary. Our products are designed to support general wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

All product descriptions, formulations, pricing, availability, and Services are subject to change at any time without notice. PAATH reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product or Service at its sole discretion.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE, AND RETURNS

When you place an order through PAATH, you are submitting an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by PAATH and are considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. We may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed. If PAATH needs to modify or cancel an order for any reason, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
One opened item per product, per customer is eligible for return
Additional items must be unopened and in resalable condition
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. A photo of the issue is required to process a replacement or refund.

To initiate a return or report an issue, contact support@paath.us with your order number and a brief description of the concern.

SECTION 4 – PERSONAL USE AND RESALE RESTRICTIONS

Products purchased through PAATH are intended for personal or household use only. You may not resell, redistribute, export, transfer, or use any PAATH products for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from PAATH.

Only individuals or entities that are approved and registered wholesalers or that have otherwise received express written permission from PAATH may engage in resale or commercial distribution of PAATH products.

Unauthorized resale or commercial use may result in order cancellation, suspension or termination of access to the Services, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

SECTION 5 – PRICING AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information and authorize PAATH to charge your payment method for all purchases made through the Services.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside PAATH’s control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@paath.us within 10 days of receipt with photos so we can assist promptly.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included in the Services—including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names, videos, audio, and design elements—is owned by PAATH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or used without prior written consent from PAATH.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

PAATH may provide access to third-party tools or services as part of the Services. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” and PAATH does not control or endorse them.

Use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms and policies.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

PAATH is powered by Shopify; however, all sales and transactions are conducted directly between you and PAATH. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions, products, or Services provided by PAATH.

SECTION 11 – PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.

SECTION 12 – FEEDBACK

Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions you submit may be used by PAATH without restriction or compensation. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

You may not assign these Terms without prior written consent. PAATH may assign these Terms freely.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PAATH is headquartered.

PAATH may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
