Folate (as Quatrefolic® 5-MTHF and calcium folinate)

The most bioavailable, active form of folate. Adequate folate before and during pregnancy supports normal fetal neurological development and a healthy pregnancy outcome. Quatrefolic® has greater stability, solubility, and bioavailability than calcium salt forms of 5-MTHF.*

Iron (as Ferrochel® ferrous bisglycinate chelate)

A gentle, well-absorbed iron. Binding the mineral to amino acids lets it pass easily through the intestinal wall — helping increase and maintain healthy iron levels while avoiding the stomach upset seen with other forms.*

Choline (as choline dihydrogen citrate)

Your choline reserves are depleted during pregnancy, yet it is the starting material for metabolites that play key roles in fetal development — particularly brain development. Current data show most pregnant women fall short of target intake.*

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)
